When it comes to cellular device connectivity, requirements and needs differ around the world. Different regions and countries use different frequencies to transmit their signals – similar to how the radio stations aren’t the same everywhere. There are also a range of laws and regulations that tell companies, like Nextivity, what they are allowed to do with the public signals that are produced by Mobile Network Operators (MNOs). For these reasons, Nextivity, at various times, has different offerings in different parts of the globe, and the devices are not compatible across regions.
In the U.S., there are two options for on-the-go coverage:
Individual Consumers
Individuals seeking coverage for RVs, boats, rural areas, etc. should look at the CEL-FI GO G32, available online on Amazon or through other authorized retailers.
For first responders, emergency support teams, or other critical communication organizations looking for coverage for vehicles, we offer High Power User Equipment (HPUE) for FirstNet and Enterprise users.
Nextivity CEL-FI ROAM R41 is currently available for mobile / nomadic applications in many regions outside the United States.
