A Message from Michiel Lotter (CEO)
At Nextivity we are bold, and innovative and we know that we build lasting relationships with our team members, partners and customers by always looking for a way to serve. These values, along with “Live UBUNTU” defines what it means to work at Nextivity. Ubuntu is a philosophy deeply rooted in humanity and essentially states that a person is a person through other people. As a company, that means that we must create an environment where each person can grow to their full potential. One where we have a generosity of spirit towards our teammates and also towards our customers. Allowing each person to grow to their full potential means we need to challenge each other to solve difficult problems in unique ways that bring value to our partners and customers in a way no other company can. This leads to bold, innovative and valuable solutions. Over the history of Nextivity, we have shown that we are at our best when we harness the combined energy, innovation and enthusiasm of our team. As we embark on our next chapter, we are staying true to these core values. I invite you to find out more about us – if you are looking for an opportunity to grow and make a real impact, you will find a home with us.
