Remotely Manage MegaFi Devices

MegaPortal is free software that enables users to remotely manage and track all their SHIELD MegaFi devices. This is helpful for those managing multiple HPUE-equipped vehicles or facilities.

MegaPortal offers remote access to Mission Control, the management GUI on your SHIELD device. Mission Control features:

  • An easy-to-use, menu-driven system
  • Access to all key modem parameters:
    • Band Information
    • TX Power
    • RX Parameters

With Mission Control, you can update Custom APN, advanced firewall rules, MTU size, and other modem and router parameters. MegaPortal allows users convenient access to these features when they are away from their devices.
