The WAVE Portal is a cloud-based service that provides integrators/installers with remote management capabilities. If you plan to commission or monitor a remotely managed CEL-FI and SHIELD systems please use this form to request access to the WAVE Portal. If you are an end customer located in the United States, please be aware that commissioning of the CEL-FI QUATRA system must be performed by a certified integrator. For all other Bluetooth capable CEL-FI systems, please use the CEL-FI WAVE app or CEL-FI WAVE PRO for Professional installers.

Remote management of the CEL-FI WAVE Portal requires active Internet connectivity. Account creation can take 24-48 hours after completion of any required Nextivity University courses.
