RMA Request

In order to return your product to Nextivity for repair you must first submit an RMA request. All returned products are subject to inspection and must be within the warranty coverage period. Please note that physical damage is not covered under warranty.


Instructions: Download the RMA Request Form and fill it out. If you have multiple systems, make sure you list all the Serial Numbers, SKU's etc. Upload the spreadsheet with this form.

Maximum size: 1MB.
