CEL-FI QUATRA 4000 Wins 2020 People’s Choice Award

Nextivity today announced that CEL-FI QUATRA 4000 won the People’s Choice Stevie® Award for favorite new Telecommunications product in the 18th Annual American Business Awards. CEL-FI QUATRA 4000 solves coverage issues for voice and data in large buildings.

CEL-FI QUATRA 4000 is a hybrid active Distributed Antenna System (DAS) that provides uniform in-building cellular coverage. The smart cellular solution specifically addresses the challenges of poor voice quality, dropped calls, and dead zones in enterprise buildings. CEL-FI QUATRA delivers a cellular signal that is up to 1000x stronger than solutions based on older analog technology, offering a much larger coverage footprint. QUATRA uses category cabling with Power over Ethernet so there is no need to install additional power outlets for the remote antennas. CEL-FI QUATRA is carrier approved and guaranteed network safe.

CEL-FI QUATRA can be used in Off-Air Mode or Supercell Mode, depending upon the macro-network. Installations through integrator partnerships have spanned every building type and industry sector including offices, commercial real estate, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, education, government, hospitality, retail, and more. No matter the building, there is a CEL-FI QUATRA model that exists for the job.

“We have moved past questioning whether we need to improve in-building cellular coverage, to knowing we need to do it for business and public safety reasons. In fact, it can be a regulatory requirement depending on the region. CEL-FI QUATRA 4000 was designed by listening to integrator, operator, and end-customer feedback and then improving upon the success of our firstt generation enterprise products,” says Werner Sievers, CEO of Nextivity. “Speed of installation, a higher quality in-building cellular solution, and cost savings are the driving reasons why building owners, facility managers, and IT professionals are choosing CEL-FI QUATRA to solve in-building coverage challenges.”

“It’s always great to win an award from a panel of judges, but it’s a tremendous honor to have integrators, operators, and building owners vote in support of our solution,” says Tim Lewis, VP of Sales for America at Nextivity. “It has been exciting to be part of the evolution of CEL-FI QUATRA. The QUATRA 4000 launches Nextivity into a whole new realm of solutions and is a perfect complement to our product portfolio. We expect it to be a disruptive game-changer in the enterprise for years to come.”
