Fiber connectivity add-on from Nextivity wins Gold in the Telecommunications category in Golden Bridge Awards
Nextivity announced today that The Globee® Awards, organizers of world’s premier business awards programs and business ranking lists, has named CEL-FI QUATRA 4000 Fiber HUB a winner in the 13th Annual 2021 Golden Bridge Business and Innovation Awards. Taking home the Gold in the Telecommunications category, CEL-FI QUATRA 4000 Fiber HUB adds fiber connectivity to the CEL-FI QUATRA 4000 system and expands cellular coverage into remote locations and significantly larger facilities.
The coveted annual Golden Bridge Awards program recognizes and honors the world’s best in organizational performance, products and services, innovations, executives and management teams, women in business and the professions, case studies and successful deployments, public relations and marketing campaigns, product management, websites, blogs, white papers, videos, advertisements, creativity, partner programs, and customer satisfaction programs from every major industry in the world.
“CEL-FI QUATRA 4000 Fiber HUB is the first of our new offerings that add fiber connectivity to QUATRA 4000 and expand the possibilities for cellular coverage in remote locations and large buildings like skyscrapers. It is extremely rewarding to see our focus on innovation recognized as a leader in telecommunications with this Golden Bridge award win,” says Werner Sievers, CEO of Nextivity.
CEL-FI QUATRA 4000 is a multi-carrier, hybrid active Distributed Antenna System (DAS) that provides uniform in-building cellular coverage to large commercial buildings. The CEL-FI QUATRA 4000 Fiber HUB expands cellular coverage in QUATRA 4000 deployments by distributing the donor signal via optical fiber from one building or location to another as far as 1.25 miles away. With CEL-FI QUATRA 4000 Fiber Hub, QUATRA 4000 can be deployed in significantly larger facilities at a fraction of the cost of a traditional DAS. It can be deployed in high-rise buildings; in multi-unit campus settings where one building is on the fringe of macro cellular signal coverage and other buildings in the compound receive no outdoor signal at all; and in remote locations where there is no cellular signal, such as a coal mine.
Judges from a broad spectrum of industry voices from around the world participated and their average scores determined the 2021 award winners. See the complete list of 2021 winners here: https://globeeawards.com/golden-bridge-awards/winners/
