CEL-FI WAVE is the cloud-based software platform from which CEL-FI apps and connected capabilities are hosted and driven. Current-generation CEL-FI products include embedded connectivity technology that allows them to communicate with the WAVE cloud. The WAVE Portal and Apps are used to facilitate registration, commissioning, installation, optimization and troubleshooting. Over time, the WAVE platform continues to expand in features and function. One example is our simple rollout of 5G Band support for all capable CEL-FI Boosters.

The MyWAVE app is a simple “Follow my Phone” utility for your CEL-FI GO in Mobile Mode. Get setup in a few easy steps and run the app in the background while on the road. This will ensure your GO is boosting the same frequency and technology the phone prefers. The overall signal level improvement when using the app can easily be seen.

The CEL-FI WAVE Portal is a cloud-based service that allows remote management access to CEL-FI devices.
The Portal is intended for users in the purchase process or have received systems. If you have already done this, then you can fill out the ‘Request Access’ form.
Existing users will have full access to their Sites and Systems.

The WAVE Field Tool is a Windows-based software suite designed to test network readiness, perform maintenance, configure CEL-FI devices, and more. This free utility can be used on a Windows-based laptop or workstation, with or without internet connectivity.
Simply connect your CEL-FI device to the PC via Ethernet or USB. The Field Tool will allow you to change advanced configuration options, perform software updates, capture log files, restore default settings, and more. It is a key component of the CEL-FI toolkit, which includes resources such as the CEL-FI COMPASS, WAVE Portal, and mobile apps. Together, these empower field technicians and installers to perform all necessary configuration and maintenance of CEL-FI systems.
